A: If you have an account but can not remember your password, please use the Reset Password option.

For security reasons, passwords are only stored in a one-way encrypted format. This allows us to check that users type in the correct password at login without storing the data in clear text. Because of this, these is no option to 'retrieve' a lost password, only an option to 'reset' it.
